Eligibility Criteria

Security Supervisor – Beach Club

  • Patrols in all areas of the property
  • Conduct emergency response exercises, daily physical risk/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits
  • Monitor closed circuit television and alarm systems
  • Assists guests/employees during emergencies
  • Respond to accidents, contact EMS or arrange first aid/CPR as needed
  • Resolve security threats
  • Take care of all obstacles and complaints
  • Prior working experience is must

Security Officer

  • Strong communication skills
  • History of thriving in stressful situations
  • The first attitude of the team
  • The gift of paying attention to the smallest detail
  • Exercise good judgment and maintain professionalism

Director of Operation

  • Manages all Beach Club restaurants and kitchen chores and staff on a daily basis
  • Areas of responsibility include beaches, restaurants / bars, pools and kitchens
  • As Head of Department, guides and works with the Food and Beverage / Pak Management team and staff to ensure that all restaurant and kitchen work is carried out successfully.
  • Strives to improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize financial performance in areas of responsibility
  • 2-year degree from a recognized university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
  • 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional field

Steward

  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashers, handwash stations, dishwashers, and trash
  • Wash and clean kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and utensils
  • Receive supplies, store perishable items properly, and move stock
  • Make sure clean equipment is stored in appropriate areas
  • Use detergent, cleaning, and cleaning chemicals in a 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
  • Inspect, pull and stack cleaned items, send dirty items for re-scrubbing and re-washing
  • Rack and spray all recorded items with warm water to loosen and remove food debris
  • Arrange the silverware, soak it and wash it again
  • Dirty bus tub of malfunction
  • Empty and maintain the landfill and dumpster area
  • Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments
  • Dispose of glass in appropriate containers
  • Break up the cardboard boxes and put them and other recycles in the recycle bin

Commis I | Chef de Partie

  • Prepare special meals or alternative items
  • Adjust the temperature of the oven, broiler, grill and chicken
  • Remove food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator
  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement and food garnish
  • Maintain food logs
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of prepared food
  • Inform the chef of extra groceries for daily use
  • Prepare and cook according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists
  • Prepare cold meals

Recreation Supervisor

  • Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software
  • Conduct inventory of goods, equipment and supplies and inform the manager of low supply items
  • Encourage, recruit, enroll and schedule guests to participate in recreational activities
  • Provide guests with information on available recreational facilities and activities
  • Promote recreational rules and regulations for the safety and well-being of guests and members
  • Observe activity at the recreation facility and respond appropriately to local operating procedures in the event of an emergency
  • Be aware of possible situations where guests may not be able to safely participate in an activity and notify the supervisor/manager
  • Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive
  • Complete safety training and certifications

Receptionist

  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using the Beach Club Reservation software system
  • Update the list of reservations/cancellations throughout the day, notify providers of last-minute changes, and work with supervisors/managers to resolve scheduling issues.
  • Keep up to date with current trends in the beach club industry
  • Process guest payments for beach club services and obtain payment permits as needed
  • Must have good education background & relevant experience in professional field

Lifeguard

  • If you see swimmers in need of assistance, use appropriate rescue techniques
  • Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and notify the supervisor/manager
  • Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive
  • Obtain, attach and stack towels according to company procedures
  • Wash, mop and clean the pool deck
  • Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the manager
  • Complete safety training and certifications

Attendant

  • Promote a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an enthusiastic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Provide guests with information on available recreational facilities, activities, and equipment
  • Promote recreational rules and regulations for the safety and well-being of guests and members
  • Surveillance activity at the recreational facility, respond appropriately to local operating procedures in the event of an emergency
  • Conduct inventory of goods, equipment and supplies and inform the supervisor/manager of the supplies
  • Must have a diploma in the hotel industry or equivalent
